How to use EASE spray?

  • 1) For general use: In the morning, ideally after a shower, spray 15-20 times on the upper part of your chest and lower abdomen. Rub it in for a few seconds and your skin will absorb the EASE within 90 seconds.

    2) At bedtime, spray 15-20 times on your chest and abdomen again. This will ensure that you are getting enough magnesium and will also help you to reach deep, restorative (delta) sleep.

    3) Throughout the day, re-apply as necessary for stress-relief and energy.

    4) If you have sore or stiff muscles and joints, spray directly onto the affected area(s) and rub in.

    5) If an area is difficult to reach, spray into the palm of your cupped hand and apply it to the affected area. Always rub the EASE in with bare hands; any excess magnesium will be absorbed by the skin on your palms.
